- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of skill development initiatives in partnership with Sales Operations and Finance teams.
- Advocate for stakeholder buy-in to close skill gaps, standardize improved deal processes, and foster continuous enhancement through regular feedback.
- Engage with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to build executive support coalitions.
- Innovate using learning technologies and workflow tools to monitor knowledge gaps, identify friction points, and reinforce learning.
- Lead change management efforts by aligning cross-functional teams, securing sponsorship, and delivering enduring skill and process improvements.
