Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Handle field sales activities and work independently in open market situations.
- Utilize company-provided leads with a commitment of 100% leads allocation.
- Engage with potential customers by educating them about financial products.
- Convert provided leads into closed sales effectively.
- Interact directly with walking customers to generate sales.
Candidate Eligibility and Profile
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- Minimum of one year sales experience is required.
- Age should be in the range of 21 to 45 years.
- Possession of good communication skills is essential.
- Having a personal vehicle is required for field operations.
