Job Overview
Jayabharatham Furnitures & Appliances is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves engaging with showroom visitors, understanding customer needs to suggest appropriate products, and successfully converting walk-in interest into confirmed sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and support customers who visit the showroom.
- Identify customer requirements and provide product recommendations accordingly.
- Convert showroom walk-in visitors into sales transactions.
- Create and manage CRM leads and diligently follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Work within assigned shifts: either 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM for part-time roles.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranges from 15,000 to 27,000 INR monthly.
- Provided benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
- Monthly and weekly performance-based incentives are available.
