Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to present products and services, generating interest and potential leads.
• Plan and implement LinkedIn strategies to engage prospects, build meaningful connections, and provide guidance to junior staff on social selling practices.
• Perform comprehensive market research to collect applicable B2B data, focusing on offline retail, ecommerce, and technology sectors.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to assist in diverse campaigns and business initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is strongly preferred; prior data entry and research experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated research and analytical abilities to efficiently collect, interpret, and evaluate data.
• Exceptional accuracy and careful attention in data-related activities.
• Proactive and creative problem solver focused on overcoming data challenges.
• Strong communication skills essential for effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is required.
