About the Role
This is a permanent, on-roll position within the banking sector at HDFC Bank Limited, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role is focused on managing customer relationships and driving sales through effective lead handling in the main branch.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a Relationship Manager handling walk-in customers at the main branch.
- Engage in lead generation and follow up to successfully close sales.
- Analyze customers' needs and financial status to provide suitable offerings.
- Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in offers and processes involving other candidates when required.
- Complete necessary sales service documentation accurately and efficiently for lead closing.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sector.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
