Position Overview
The Senior Relationship Manager, Partner Success, works remotely within the United States, occasionally traveling. This role involves strategically leading relationships with a portfolio of pioneering healthcare organizations while fostering HGAN's national employer leadership network. Beyond traditional account management, you will advise partners on navigating market dynamics, anticipating challenges, enhancing positioning, and cultivating fruitful relationships that foster growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Own strategic partnerships for assigned healthcare companies, acting as a reliable advisor and relationship leader.
- Develop and align partner-specific Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with their strategic goals.
- Proactively recognize partner needs and opportunities, proposing strategies ahead of potential challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers to translate commitments into actionable and trackable plans.
- Maintain deep understanding of each partner's market positioning, competitors, and healthcare trends.
- Assist partners in deriving insights from employer and health plan feedback to refine their strategies and offerings.
- Identify and facilitate high-value growth opportunities using HGAN's extensive network.
- Build and sustain authentic, long-term connections with employer leaders across HGAN's advisor community, driving collaborative initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute actively to team strategy, knowledge exchange, and continuous organizational improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing relationships, client success, healthcare consulting, or related domains.
- Background with innovative healthcare solutions, employer-sponsored benefits, or health plan markets.
- Strong grasp of healthcare sales processes, enterprise partnerships, and strategic account development.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring responsiveness and thorough follow-through.
- High organization, attention to detail, and a proactive, resourceful approach.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, AI tools like ChatGPT, and leveraging technology for enhanced decision-making.
- Thrives within dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote team settings.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from $150000 to $165000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and paid time off; 401(k) plans where applicable; and opportunities for professional development. Additionally, commission may be earned upon successful achievement of target outcomes, tied to both company and individual performance.
