Role Overview

Frostees is seeking to urgently fill the position of Senior Recruiter specializing in telecalling. The role involves actively sourcing candidates for blue-collar and delivery roles using referrals and internal data sources. Alongside candidate sourcing, conducting spot eligibility verifications such as checking for valid driving licenses, vehicle ownership, and smartphone possession forms a key part of responsibilities. The recruiter will also facilitate new hires through documentation, training, and onboarding procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have completed at least Higher Secondary education. Prior experience ranging from 6 months to one year in telecalling is essential.

Compensation and Location

Salary is competitive and goes up to 20,000 INR monthly based on the candidate’s last drawn pay. The position is based in Kolkata, specifically in the Kestopur area.
