Senior Recruiter - Pharmaceutical Research and Development

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake discussions with hiring managers to define detailed job requirements and candidate specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives and sourcing plans.
• Assess candidate profiles meticulously and establish robust talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring decision makers to formulate competitive offers guided by current market analytics.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior recruiters and team members to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.

Position Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related discipline.
• Bring substantial recruiting experience gained within corporate environments, recruitment process outsourcing, or agency contexts.
• Demonstrate experience specifically in pharmaceutical research and development recruitment.
• Be proficient with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting platforms.
• Exhibit strong consulting capabilities and the ability to lead and improve recruitment processes.
