Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale, intricate development projects. This leadership role entails overseeing every phase from project initiation through to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Senior Project Manager will act as the central leadership figure coordinating all stakeholders and mitigating risks while delivering strategic project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects including planning, design, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, manage schedules and budgets to guarantee successful completion.
• Oversee and control project expenditures, making sure financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progress.
• Identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies and managing changes in scope, timeline, and costs.
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring achievement of established quality, safety, and performance benchmarks.
• Maintain compliance with contracts, regulations, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior leadership, managing project closeout activities including final approvals and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification and/or a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 20 years of extensive experience in project management and construction fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering five-star hotel construction projects.
• Proven expertise in the construction of high-rise tower developments.
