Role Overview

The Senior Product Operations and Reporting Manager will join the Portfolio Strategy & Operations team within the Product division. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, this role focuses on managing crucial operational workflows and reporting to enhance organizational transparency and efficiency. The role reports to the Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead essential operational routines within the Product organization such as Quarterly Business Reviews and product planning sessions.
  • Collect and translate Product Management needs for enhancements in product planning tools to technical teams responsible for implementing changes.
  • Identify and spearhead process improvement opportunities across Product Management, overseeing their design and rollout.
  • Define and monitor vital metrics evaluating product financials, operational success, usage, adoption, and other relevant indicators.
  • Work collaboratively to prepare recurring reporting packages and explore new analysis opportunities.
  • Manage ad-hoc product management projects/programs aimed at boosting organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration, or related analytical disciplines.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; experience with enterprise software or SaaS is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using GenAI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite for analytical tasks, reporting, and presentation of insights.
  • Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling, with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel lightly to moderately as needed.

Compensation

The salary range is between $130,000 and $160,000 annually. This range complies with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) and final compensation will consider individual skills and experience.
