About the Role

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to enhance our Partnerships team by designing and delivering exceptional partner experiences. This role involves contributing to creative campaigns, strategic activations, and memorable brand moments that generate value for partners and the company alike. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for Commercial and Lifestyle Partners, fostering strong, trustworthy relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee the smooth execution of partnership activations, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and alignment with contracts and brand standards.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to assigned partner accounts, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and tracking deliverables.
- Lead specific projects and activations with support and guidance from Senior Partnership Management.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance against partnership goals and KPIs, prepare reviews and reports for partners, and summarize campaign results.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, benchmark activities against industry standards, and tie insights back to partner objectives.
- Actively participate in strategic planning by identifying areas for improvement in asset delivery, activation effectiveness, and partner results.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure all partnership activities are thoroughly planned and executed effectively.
- Maintain effective communication between partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders, assisting with broader team support as needed.
- Keep calendars, trackers, and performance reporting documents updated daily with precision and accuracy.
- Develop a solid understanding of budget management and financial tracking associated with partnership activities.
- Contribute to process enhancements aimed at strengthening partner connections and activation outcomes.
- Maintain a commercial outlook to spot opportunities for generating additional revenue streams.
- Mentor junior staff, including supporting onboarding and development of Coordinators when appropriate.
- Continuously grow industry knowledge and share insights, case studies, and best practices within the team.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in B2C marketing, partnerships, agency work, or sports marketing settings.
- Excellent organizational capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities with confidence in both written and verbal presentations.
- Proven skills managing relationships collaboratively with partners and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with competence in working with data and performance indicators.
- Experienced in project management, able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High precision in administration, reporting, and record-keeping tasks.
- Proactive and adaptable approach, especially effective in fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork and cooperation.
- Sound financial literacy and understanding of budgeting aligned with commercial goals.
- Confident leadership of smaller activations and projects.
- Keen curiosity and dedication to expanding industry expertise, best practices, and case studies.
- Availability and flexibility to travel internationally when required.
