Role Overview
Blue Dart is hiring a Senior Operations Staff member for the JWH location in the Greater Jaipur Area. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on operational support and floor-level team leadership.
Qualification
The preferred minimum educational qualification is 12th pass, with graduate candidates given preference.
Experience
Applicants should bring 3 to 4 years of experience from a warehouse (W/H) background and should also have experience working as a team leader on the floor.
Age Requirement
Preferred age range for this role is 28 to 32 years.
Knowledge Requirements
Candidates must be familiar with the local geography.
Skills and Other Requirements
- Must have access to a two-wheeler.
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Strong commitment to organisational goals is expected.
- Should be able to work well as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication skills in the local language, Hindi, and English are needed.
