About the Role
We are representing a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) healthcare brand that requires a Senior Media Buyer to manage and expand Meta advertising campaigns with monthly budgets ranging from $1.5 million to over $3 million. This is a fully remote, full-time position with competitive base compensation between $150,000 and $250,000 plus equity, with higher pay for outstanding candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts on a daily basis, including campaign design, budget allocation, bid management, and performance adjustments across the UK and other international markets.
- Profitably increase ad spend while consistently achieving target return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) benchmarks, substantiating budget decisions with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the creative lead to convert performance analytics into targeted creative directives and implement thorough experimental testing frameworks.
- Work in tandem with the head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance sales funnels and landing pages within weekly sprint work cycles.
- Present clear, concise performance metrics to senior leadership, including the head of performance, VP of growth, and CEO.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Over five years of practical experience managing Meta media buying campaigns, particularly for DTC or B2C consumer brands.
- Proven experience handling monthly Meta ad budgets exceeding $1 million.
- Advanced understanding of ROAS, CAC, and ad campaign structures.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize marketing campaigns across various geographical markets.
- Strong capability to transform data insights into effective growth strategies.
