Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a passionate Senior Learning Experience Partner dedicated to enhancing the skills and confidence of our teams. This role focuses on aligning performance requirements with strategic business initiatives to create meaningful learning solutions across our national support centre, members, and stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine the Programme One learning experiences and performance support materials tailored specifically to meet business, learner, and performance needs.
• Create and optimize WalkMe solutions and in-app guidance tools to drive user adoption and support on-the-spot performance improvement.
• Collaborate closely with technology and transformation teams to integrate learning and digital adoption strategies within project delivery and system implementation plans.
• Analyze user behavior, adoption metrics, and feedback to continuously enhance WalkMe experiences; identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce user errors, and boost productivity.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual learning sessions to effectively meet training objectives.
• Establish metrics and report on the impact of learning initiatives aligned with performance standards and Mitre 10’s strategic goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in creating learning solutions tailored to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and capable of facilitating both face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
• Competence in learning design and content creation tools such as Enable Now, WalkMe, Articulate 360, Chameleon, or comparable platforms.
