Role Overview
The company is looking for a motivated and seasoned Senior IT Recruiter (m/w/d) to strengthen its HR team. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top IT professionals to support ongoing projects and strategic endeavors. The position is based on a hybrid work model in Saarbrücken, Germany, and provides a chance to significantly impact Scheer's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute effective sourcing strategies to draw qualified IT experts.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, to negotiating offers.
- Establish and sustain relationships with prospective candidates and external recruitment partners.
- Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and advise on labor market patterns and candidate availability.
- Keep candidate information current in the applicant tracking system.
- Advance the company's employer brand through diverse channels and branding efforts.
- Engage in job fairs, networking, and industry conferences to boost company recognition.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies throughout recruitment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally in a fast-moving, tech-focused environment.
- Deep insight into IT job functions, skill sets, and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with multiple sourcing methods and recruitment platforms.
- Competence in managing numerous vacancies simultaneously with high standards.
- Fluency in German and English, both orally and in writing.
- Preferably holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a comparable discipline.
