About the Role

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will actively lead IT projects, making impactful decisions at the intersection of business and technology. Your role involves driving solutions that enhance processes and strengthen companies sustainably. You will leverage your consulting expertise, project management skills, and initiative to develop clients strategically and uncover potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize complex IT and digitalization projects, guiding clients confidently through their cloud adoption journeys.
• Proactively advise on business consulting topics and process optimizations bridging business and IT, identifying opportunities and crafting tailored solutions.
• Approach digitalization, collaboration, and cloud transitions with a focus on modern IT and business processes to deliver meaningful value.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies, sometimes acting as a (Technical) Product Owner at client sites as needed.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of current IT trends, especially cloud hyperscalers like AWS and Microsoft Azure, to address both operational and strategic challenges.
• Effectively communicate and present outcomes, roadmaps, and recommendations across all organizational levels, both internally and with clients.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive professional experience in IT project management or business consulting, demonstrated through participation in several projects.
• Deep familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to apply them suitably depending on client scenarios.
• Enjoys consulting roles, engaging with diverse clients and locations, and remains motivated to grow technologically and methodologically within a dedicated team.
• Possesses a consulting mindset by independently identifying client tasks, coordinating actively, maximizing workload, and managing it autonomously.
• Supports and facilitates change management processes as an integral part of client engagements.
