Senior Internal Auditor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join Abdul Latif Jameel Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time onsite role involves conducting comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit various project activities to verify adherence to established timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Examine project methodologies for identifying risks, inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and areas for enhancement.
• Assess internal control mechanisms to guarantee compliance with organizational policies and relevant statutory requirements.
• Validate and scrutinize financial data and records associated with projects.
• Review project-related documentation and approval procedures for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate change orders, claims, and project variations to confirm their correctness and legitimacy.
• Prepare detailed audit working papers, document critical findings, and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Timely submission of audit reports and associated documentation for managerial review and authorization.
• Monitor the implementation progress of audit recommendations to ensure corrective measures are executed.
• Support risk assessment processes and contribute to the formulation of the annual audit plan.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.
