Role Overview
The Senior Human Resource Executive will play a pivotal role in managing comprehensive HR functions including employee onboarding, attendance oversight, and exit procedures. This position demands active involvement in recruitment, employee orientation, and grievance handling to support and enhance organizational human capital processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a wide range of HR general tasks encompassing coordination and background verification procedures.
- Facilitate all joining formalities, conduct employee induction sessions, and manage the exit process effectively.
- Ensure accurate attendance monitoring and bring structure to employee orientation and offer issuance.
