Senior Functional Business Analyst - Digital Channels

Role Overview

Unison Group is seeking a seasoned Functional Business Analyst for digital channels work within transaction banking. The position is based onsite in Singapore and focuses on shaping business and functional requirements for digital banking initiatives.

Key Experience

The role calls for more than 5 years of experience in digital channels and transaction banking, along with 8 to 10 years of business analysis experience. A strong working knowledge of payments across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, including the relevant regulatory considerations, is important.

What You Will Do

• Lead requirements discovery through analysis and stakeholder discussions.
• Convert business requirement documents into clear, detailed functional specifications.
• Map and document future-state business and operations processes from agreed requirements or function points.
• Carry out impact analysis and estimation for proposed changes.
• Track and manage delivery risks, requirement gaps, and scope changes.
• Work closely with JIRA stories by refining and articulating business requirements.
• Support agile product development activities.

Technical and Domain Expectations

• Solid understanding of technology concepts is expected, though hands-on coding experience is not required.
• Awareness of current technology trends, including how digital banks design and deliver digital channel experiences, is valued.
