Role Overview

The Senior Finance Executive position involves overseeing budgeting processes, generating financial reports, ensuring the execution of financial transactions, and managing adherence to financial regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial systems
• Plan, guide, and manage accounting and financial operations
• Prepare comprehensive management reports documenting accounting activities
• Maintain precise records following established standard procedures
• Create budgets, predict future cash flows, and conduct periodic financial analyses
• Supervise budget performance and control expenditures
• Handle invoicing processes to secure payments from clients or customers
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and legal requirements within Singapore
• Coordinate with external professional service providers as necessary

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of a Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or a finance-related discipline
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Word
• Strong proficiency using Xero accounting software
• Excellent analytical abilities and numerical aptitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working autonomously while meeting strict deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Conversational fluency in Mandarin Chinese
