Senior Finance Analyst - Fixed Income

Role overview

Kingston Stanley is hiring an experienced Senior Finance Analyst focused on fixed income to strengthen its investment team in Dubai. The position is suited to someone with a solid background in fixed income research, credit assessment, portfolio oversight, and the execution of investments. The role contributes directly to investment decisions by carrying out market analysis, reviewing issuers, assessing risk, and tracking portfolio performance.

What you'll do

• Study macroeconomic trends and the fixed income market to support investment views.
• Assess the credit quality of current and potential debt issuers using fundamental analysis.
• Build investment recommendations, credit review materials, and risk assessments.
• Track portfolio results, market activity, and relevant corporate actions.
• Analyse and value fixed income opportunities in both primary and secondary markets.
• Develop trading ideas and assist with the execution of trades.
• Work with custodians and fund administrators to ensure settlements are completed smoothly.
• Draft investment reports, presentations, and regular portfolio performance updates.
• Review financial statements and keep an eye on counterparty exposure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external investment managers.

What we're looking for

• Background in fixed income investing, credit research, or portfolio management.
• Strong capability in financial analysis, valuation, and modelling.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good grasp of investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial markets.
• Understanding of Islamic investing and Sharia-compliant instruments is an added advantage.
• Clear communication style, strong stakeholder handling, and sharp analytical thinking.
