Familiarity with the omnichannel ecosystem in Life Sciences is vital, along with a solid understanding of the industry's regulatory, organizational, and commercial dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business goals, data, and insights into actionable experience strategies, platforms, and narratives that yield measurable impact.
- Manage experience strategy for intricate engagements, ensuring consistency from initial vision through execution and ongoing optimization.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner, confidently engaging with senior client stakeholders to influence decisions.
- Collaborate with creative, customer experience, technology, and delivery teams to ensure strategic objectives are fully realized during development and handoff.
- Establish and oversee cross-channel measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics; utilize performance analytics to guide optimization and future planning.
- Lead experience and engagement concepts across digital, social, and innovation projects within Life Sciences.
- Take a prominent role in pitches, proposals, points of view, and growth initiatives, helping shape strategic ambitions and experience vision.
- Mentor junior strategists, promoting capability building, improved workflows, and strategic excellence throughout the team.
- Act as a thought leader within the agency by continuously advancing discussions on insight-driven experience, innovation, and measurable value.
- Remain informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in health, wellness, and related industries, advocating innovative approaches.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 6 to 8+ years of progressive experience in Experience, Engagement, Customer Experience, or Digital Strategy, preferably within a creative or consulting-led agency environment.
- Substantial expertise in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing and engagement frameworks.
- Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-channel strategic engagements.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience turning data into clear strategic directions.
- Proficiency in the engagement channels, platforms, and technologies prevalent in Life Sciences.
- Extensive client-facing experience, including influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to define project scopes, manage ambiguity, and balance several competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication talents, capable of crafting compelling strategic narratives.
Personal Attributes
- Strategic thinker who is authoritative yet hands-on when required.
- Confident in leading clients, teams, and complex discussions.
- A supportive mentor dedicated to uplifting team members.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Curious, proactive, and oriented towards future trends.
- Committed to quality, innovation, and measurable business impact.
