Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer specialized in Dynatrace Observability & Automation to join our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in Dynatrace technologies and related cloud observability ecosystems with a proven track record in automation and incident management.
Essential Responsibilities and Skills
- Implement and manage Dynatrace environments including OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI for problem detection, DQL, Grail, and Workflows.
- Leverage Azure Observability platforms extensively; experience with AWS and GCP is advantageous.
- Integrate various APIs including REST APIs, Webhooks, and ServiceNow for enhanced monitoring and alerting workflows.
- Drive automation practices focused on incident and alert management, synthetic monitoring, service level objective (SLO) management, and infrastructure configuration as code.
- Conduct root cause analyses and optimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) through observability automation.
- Utilize advanced monitoring tools and integrations such as OpenTelemetry, Smartscape, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Monaco, PagerDuty, CMDB, GitHub, and event correlation.
Applicant Prerequisites
- Any graduate degree qualification is required.
- Proven experience with Dynatrace products and Azure Observability platforms.
- Familiarity with automation techniques and cloud integrations in monitoring environments.
