- Minimum 12 years’ experience managing biopharmaceutical patient support services, including product launches and access for rare diseases.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing hub services, reimbursement assistance, and financial assistance initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. payer specialty drug coverage, reimbursement processes, and specialty pharmacy operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting on service program performance and pharmacy-related data.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory standards governing patient support programs.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate program goals, launch strategies, and performance to a broad range of internal stakeholders.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing diverse teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments focused on product launch success.
- Strong commitment to enhancing patient access and empowering teams delivering these services.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Remote work within the United States is supported; however, due to state-specific insurance and tax regulations, applicants residing in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Michigan, and Tennessee are not eligible.
- Periodic travel to the corporate office in Cambridge, MA, and participation in company events will be required.
- Candidates must have a work setting supportive of role requirements, including privacy, reliable internet and phone access, and video conferencing capabilities.
