Role Overview
Based in Dubai, this senior leadership position is responsible for creating and steering the enterprise architecture strategy for DAMAC Digital’s worldwide data centre business. The role connects business priorities, technology choices and infrastructure design into a model that can scale effectively into the future.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the full enterprise architecture landscape across development, delivery and operations. The role includes shaping the future-state architecture for systems, platforms, data and infrastructure, while building consistency and scalability across regions. You will also set up architecture governance, standards and design authority, and guide integration across major platforms such as ERP, CRM, DCIM, BIM, cloud and analytics. Close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders will be essential to ensure the architecture supports execution at scale.
Experience and Fit
The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of enterprise architecture experience, preferably in data centres, infrastructure, telecoms or hyperscale settings. A strong history of designing complex, large-scale architectures across multiple regions is important, along with a solid grasp of IT/OT integration and platform ecosystems. This position also requires the ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions at executive level.
