Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Accounting function covering all aspects such as month-end closing, financial reporting, internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and expand a global accounting operating model encompassing personnel, processes, systems, and international entities, including payroll and treasury management.

  • Proven leadership abilities combining strategic judgment with hands-on technical expertise.
  • Track record of building and managing high-performing teams in distributed or remote-first settings.
  • Preferred professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IFRS reporting, involvement in audits, fundraising, M&A, or IPO readiness is advantageous.
  • Understanding of global payroll, treasury functions, and multi-jurisdictional financial operations.
  • Interest and experience in leveraging automation, AI, and advanced finance technologies to optimize workflows.
