Role Overview
The Senior Content Specialist is responsible for overseeing the production, quality assurance, and process enhancement of digital content across both client and in-house channels. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-caliber content while fostering team capability and improving operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive digital content execution across platforms, ensuring meticulous review and approval to maintain accuracy, brand consistency, and top-tier quality in visuals, captions, scheduling, tags, and campaign outputs.
- Implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels, coordinating creative briefs and guiding in-house teams to produce ad content aligned with brand standards.
- Lead audience targeting initiatives including segmentation, retargeting, and the development of lookalike models to optimize campaign reach and conversion.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Digital and Content Coordinators, promoting best practices and adherence to workflows, serving as a point of escalation for complex publishing or client-related matters, and identifying and applying process improvements to boost team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Digital/Content Manager to ensure content strategies meet campaign goals, timelines, and capacity, coordinating priorities and delivery logistics.
- Support performance reporting and analysis, delivering actionable insights to refine content and campaign strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of seven years experience in digital publishing, digital marketing, or audience growth roles.
- Proficient in analytics with demonstrated ability to convert data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience planning and executing paid media and advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of successful content attributes across multiple digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, comfortable working alongside editors, designers, and marketers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and experimentation.
- Interest in architecture, design, and high-end publishing is advantageous.
