Senior Communications Specialist

About the Role

Inbox Business Technologies seeks a seasoned Senior Communications Specialist to oversee and drive the communication efforts related to TAWAL's Data & AI transformation. This full-time position is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves planning, directing, and ensuring the quality of communication initiatives and channels that promote awareness, alignment, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive communication plan, including an editorial calendar and initiative charters detailing activity types, modes, frequencies, target audiences, and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead and supervise the Content Developer and Channels Coordinator to implement seven communication initiatives delivered through six distinct channels: SharePoint, meetings/events, digital boards, intra-site platforms, e-learning, and email.
• Compose and approve core messages and narratives customized for diverse audiences including leadership, strategic teams, support functions, and data consumers.
• Collaborate with TAWAL's branding and creative teams to develop visual materials, and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure technical precision.
• Manage stakeholder feedback through surveys and polls, incorporating sentiment analysis into the adoption workflows.
• Guarantee that all communications align with TAWAL's data strategy goals and adhere to established visual guidelines.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in internal or corporate communications, change communication, or campaign management.
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel communication programs within large organizational contexts.
• Experience in corporate communications within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, specifically in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
• Expertise in planning internal and corporate communications campaigns.
• Skills in message crafting, storytelling techniques, and strategic channel utilization.
• Proficiency in developing communication charters, maintaining editorial calendars, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in communication for events and executive briefings.
• Professional certification from IABC or equivalent corporate communications accreditation is desirable.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
