Role overview

This position sits just below the Senior Casino Manager and acts as a deputy for the wider casino function. The role is responsible for the daily operation of the casino, including keeping content live and compliant, optimising commercial performance, and serving as the internal specialist for casino content. You will also work closely with a portfolio of 35+ game suppliers across Tier B to Tier C.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full casino game release cycle, from planning and testing through to launch.
• Manage game content, lobby presentation and merchandising to improve engagement and commercial results.
• Maintain and grow relationships with more than 35 game providers, supporting supplier performance, promotional activity and new content opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day casino operations, quickly resolving content and supplier-related issues and improving internal processes.
• Work with Marketing, CRM and other teams to deliver campaigns, promotions and content-led initiatives.
• Apply AI-based insights and commercial analysis to improve portfolio performance, uncover growth opportunities and support revenue planning.
• Protect regulatory compliance, handle important stakeholder relationships and step in for the Senior Casino Manager when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in online casino content, operations or commercial roles, with direct exposure to the UK online casino market.
• Proven ability to independently run casino operations, including content management, lobby work, game releases and issue handling.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial opportunities and working effectively across functions.
• Comfort using casino back-office tools, lobby management systems, spreadsheets and performance reports.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to use data to improve revenue and player KPIs, and to manage provider reconciliations and finance-related queries.
• Confidence using AI and analytical tools to increase efficiency, speed up reporting and turn insights into action.
• Clear communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across the business and support junior colleagues.
