Role Overview
We seek a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for Pinterest’s global business teams. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and teams, developing candidate-centric recruitment experiences from initial contact through offer acceptance. The position requires market insight, informed judgment, creative strategy, and care to build passionate, effective teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across Pinterest’s Global Business Organization including product marketing, sales strategy and operations, performance solutions, data analytics, project management, and more.
- Occasionally assist hiring efforts for Marketing, Sales, or other business units as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on aligned search strategies encompassing candidate profile definition, process planning, and closing approaches.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans via proactive outreach, talent pipeline cultivation, and targeted searches.
- Provide talent market insights such as market mapping, competitor analysis, and pipeline trend reports to facilitate informed hiring choices.
- Coordinate with HR, compensation, finance, and legal departments to advance recruitment processes, ensure alignment on hiring decisions, and support offer creation.
- Maintain healthy candidate pipelines and accurate recruiting data through diligent forecasting and timely updates.
- Lead offer negotiation and closing strategies, focusing on compensation alignment, candidate motivation, and final acceptance.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research, develop sourcing tactics, draft candidate communications, and improve overall recruiting workflows while ensuring quality review and accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Expertise in engaging passive candidates, pipeline development, and fostering inclusive, candidate-first recruitment experiences.
- Proficient in search strategy formulation, talent market analysis, and data-driven decision-making with clear communication of trade-offs.
- Demonstrated success working with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners to achieve alignment, manage ambiguity, and expedite recruitment decisions.
- Experience recruiting for business and sales support roles including operations, program/project management, measurement, performance solutions, analytics, content, and corporate teams; technical recruiting experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches effectively in dynamic environments with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Proven ability to integrate AI within recruiting processes responsibly, enhancing speed and quality while safeguarding sensitive data and ownership of final hiring outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

- In-person collaboration will occur occasionally; candidates must reside within commuting distance of a Pinterest office or People Team hub in approved US locations including San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz, San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York tri-state area, Seattle, Washington DC, Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Denver, Charlotte, Portland, or Miami/Fort Lauderdale.
