Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team in Riyadh. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to design and implement enterprise-level technology solutions that enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts across complex digital transformation projects.
- Engage stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and convert them into effective technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct requirements gathering sessions, and analyze business processes.
- Create detailed business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate and improve business processes to foster continuous enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout project delivery.
- Support Agile methodologies through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote best practices within the team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of delivering enterprise technology and digital transformation projects. Must be adept at engaging senior stakeholders, tackling complex business problems, and translating requirements into scalable, practical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

- At least 5 to 7 years of Business Analyst experience within technology, digital transformation, or enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated success delivering CRM, ERP, or other enterprise application projects.
- Extensive experience operating within Agile delivery teams.
- Business Analysis certifications such as CCBA or PMI-PBA are preferred.
- Agile or Scrum certifications are considered an advantage.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
