Role Overview

This position sits within the Spa function at W Hotels in West Bay, Doha. The role focuses on delivering smooth spa operations, supporting guest service standards, and helping maintain an exceptional treatment experience.

What You’ll Do

• Share general property details, updates about in-house groups, policy changes, and other relevant information with team members.
• Respond to questions about spa services, hotel amenities, and overall property information.
• Verify each guest’s first and last name as well as the booked treatment before service begins.
• Keep the day’s appointments on track and manage time carefully throughout the schedule.
• Communicate any last-minute schedule adjustments and help resolve booking issues when they arise.
• Recommend and actively sell spa and salon services along with retail products.
• Prepare requests for additional supplies, products, or equipment when needed.
• Check workstations, tools, and equipment to confirm they meet company quality standards.
• Inform Engineering about maintenance or repair requirements in the spa/salon area.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Serve as a positive example for colleagues and help build a strong team environment.
• Report incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly to the manager.
• Follow company rules, procedures, grooming standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Greet guests professionally, respond to their needs proactively, and assist guests with disabilities when required.
• Use clear, respectful communication in person, in writing, and over the phone.
• Build cooperative working relationships and contribute to shared team goals.
• Help maintain quality standards and support corrective or improvement plans when necessary.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent GED qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required for this role.
