About the Role
Join the Strategic Human Resource division of Singapore's largest public healthcare provider and lead a team fundamental to data-driven HR strategy and workforce transformation. As the head of the Manpower Planning & Analytics group, you will be responsible for workforce data analytics, overseeing manpower establishment governance, and managing workforce reporting for senior leadership as well as the Ministry of Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR data analytics initiatives cluster-wide to equip HR teams with valuable data insights for decision-making.
- Develop and enforce data governance frameworks and policies ensuring that workforce information is securely maintained and adheres to healthcare and national data privacy regulations.
- Create and deliver comprehensive manpower reports and dashboards that support strategic planning and operational oversight.
- Manage a team that ensures governance and oversight of manpower establishments, collaborating closely with headquarters departments to maintain optimal workforce levels.
- Coordinate the annual Strategic HR Work Plan Budget process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; a Master's in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- Bring a minimum of 15 years in manpower planning, strategic planning, or data analytics, ideally with exposure to healthcare or government sectors.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with analytical and automation tools such as Tableau, R, Python, Robotic Process Automation, and AI applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional and cross-institutional relationships effectively.
- Exhibit sound judgment and tact in handling complex and ambiguous situations.
