About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative design initiatives, ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept to final delivery.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align design output with overarching brand goals and project requirements.
• Create and uphold a consistent visual identity that effectively appeals to the intended audience.
• Provide mentorship to junior creatives, encouraging innovation and nurturing a vibrant creative environment.
• Keep abreast of emerging design trends and techniques to maintain a forward-thinking creative approach.
• Effectively communicate ideas and design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback to refine outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• At least seven years of documented experience as an Art Director or equivalent leadership role within a creative agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency with key design tools and software used across the industry.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating versatility and inventive design solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with the ability to juggle various projects simultaneously.
• A strategic mindset capable of converting brand strategies into visually compelling designs.
• A degree in design is preferred, though substantial relevant professional experience will also be considered.
