Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect with a background in Architecture or Interior Design to lead design projects and teams, ensuring high-quality and creative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project conceptualization, design, and execution maintaining creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
- Manage and mentor architectural teams, fostering collaboration and providing guidance.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to fully understand their needs and project goals.
- Oversee project planning including schedule reviews to ensure on-time completion.
- Collaborate on innovative and visually appealing design development aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare and present project updates and design proposals effectively to clients.
- Conduct site visits for inspections and approvals.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Preference for candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Candidates with civil engineering background will not be considered.
