  • Manage boat and jetski rental operations and ensure smooth client experiences at the sites.
  • Guide and instruct customers in the correct use of boats, jetskis, and related equipment.
  • Handle the issuance and return process of boats, jetskis, and gear.
  • Organize and coordinate daily on-site activities and workflows.
  • Prepare and maintain boats and vehicles, including cleanliness and equipment checks.
  • Identify and report damages; conduct minor maintenance and technical inspections as needed.
  • Provide support during examination rides and events.
  • Offer customer service via phone, messaging platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain a professional, tidy, and safe operation environment at the locations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess valid Sports Boat License (See and Binnen).
  • Demonstrate safe and responsible handling of motorboats.
  • Enjoy working with people and being on the water.
  • Exhibit reliability, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Have technical know-how with willingness to perform minor repairs independently.
  • Present a friendly, confident demeanor in customer interactions.
  • Be flexible to work varying schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a valid Class B driver's license.
  • Motivation to join a young, fast-growing team.

Additional advantages (not mandatory) include experience as a sports boat instructor or skipper, SRC or UBI radio certificates, SKS license, familiarity with jetskis, boat rentals, or watersport activities, as well as manual or technical skills.

What Nautigo Offers

  • A unique workplace directly on the water.
  • Flexible working hours, with up to 40 hours weekly.
  • High degree of responsibility with varied and engaging tasks.
  • Opportunity to operate modern boats and jetskis.
  • Work within a motivated, young, and straightforward team environment.
  • Gain practical skipper and instructor experience.
  • Comprehensive training on boats, procedures, and educational standards.
  • Potential for re-engagement in the following season or longer-term collaboration.

Assignment Period & Hours

The main working period runs from June through September. Early start in May possible upon discussion. Work schedules depend on weather conditions, booking volumes, training sessions, and rental bookings. Peak season allows for employment up to 40 hours per week.
