SEA Manager / Google Ads Manager (m/w/d)

About the role

ondevi GmbH is hiring a SEA Manager / Google Ads Manager to support agency clients whose business model is strongly centered on their own online shop. In this role, you will manage campaign performance for e-commerce accounts, contribute to strategic growth, and help shape the company’s SEA offering. There is also a pathway to grow into a specialist role over time.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with agency clients and support them in optimizing their e-commerce advertising activities.
• Hold bi-weekly calls with customers to review performance, strategy, and implementation updates.
• Independently build, manage, and optimize campaigns.
• Contribute fresh ideas to the SEA team and help develop the service portfolio further.
• Take an important role in driving client success, as SEA campaigns are a key part of their e-commerce business.

Profile and experience

• You should have around 1 to 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce SEA / Google Ads.
• Strong familiarity with the Google ecosystem is important, especially Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center; experience with YouTube is a plus.
• You should work in a structured, solution-focused, analytical, and self-directed way.
• You need to be able to measure, assess, and improve the performance of SEA campaigns.
• You enjoy speaking with people and understand how client communication should be handled.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
