About the opportunity
We are looking for a communicative, resilient, and results-driven professional to join as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), focused on active prospecting and creating opportunities for the commercial team.
In this role, you will identify potential customers, understand their needs, and connect companies with the platform’s solutions, playing a strategic part in the pre-sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
- Find, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities.
- Uncover the pain points and needs of prospects through consultative discovery conversations.
- Present the platform in a consultative way and show how it can address customer challenges.
- Map projects and commercial opportunities for handoff to the sales team.
- Log and track lead interactions in the company’s tools.
- Partner with the commercial team to ensure an efficient qualification process.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting.
- Knowledge of SPIN Selling methodology.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) prospecting strategies.
- Background in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in SAC 4.0 operations.
- Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of sales engagement tools, prospecting tools, and email verification tools.
