Role overview
The SAP SuccessFactors EC Core Consultant position is a remote contract role focused on the implementation, setup, and ongoing support of the Employee Central core module. You will examine HR and business workflows, convert business needs into system configurations, and help maintain accurate master data and reliable data quality. The role also involves advising stakeholders on recommended practices, resolving issues, carrying out testing, and creating documentation and training content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate with both technical and functional specialists, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Candidate profile
The employer is looking for someone who has already delivered multiple SAP EC Core projects and has practical experience covering the full end-to-end process.
