About the role
in-tech Group India Private Limited is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Administrator for its Kochi office. The role sits within a global engineering organization with a long-standing focus on electronics and software, serving industries such as automotive, rail, aerospace, defence, and industrial engineering. This position is based in Kochi and includes hybrid working options.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, refine, and continuously improve HR processes configured in SAP SuccessFactors, including Role & Permission Management (RBP) and Position Management.
- Handle Employee Central setup and ongoing configuration, such as workflows, business rules, and data models.
- Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, and leave account settings.
- Build and maintain business rules and workflow logic in the system.
- Support data migration activities and perform large-scale data updates for areas such as People Profiles and Positions.
- Provide first- and second-level assistance to employees and managers using SuccessFactors modules.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and implement the most suitable solutions.
- Act as the internal point of contact for stakeholders of other business applications where technical interfaces are involved.
Candidate profile
- Graduate degree required, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration and support.
- Previous experience in HR or a related role, ideally with a strong focus on Employee Central and connected modules.
- Proven ability to administer SAP SuccessFactors rather than only use it operationally.
- Strong grasp of SuccessFactors data structures, MDF objects, picklists, and Role-Based Permissions concepts.
- Working knowledge of at least two modules from Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning, Time, Performance & Goals, Talent Intelligence Hub, and Compensation.
- Good understanding of HR processes such as the employee lifecycle, organizational management, time, and compensation, and how these are represented in SuccessFactors.
- Ability to create reports.
- Comfort with numbers, Excel formulas, and logical relationships in data.
- Capability to analyze complex problems and convert them into practical configuration solutions.
- Self-driven, independent, assertive, and well-organized.
