Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Procure-to-Pay process including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice management.
• Utilize SAP MM module to oversee material logistics and procurement activities within the supply chain.
• Maintain strict adherence to SAP navigation standards and document management protocols.
• Handle administrative tasks using ticketing tools such as Freshdesk or ServiceNow.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through professional emails and calls.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes, monitor data, and address exceptions.
• Engage with aviation or manufacturing supply chain processes, understanding operational intricacies.
• Implement knowledge of Incoterms, delivery conditions, and warehouse logistics.
• Manage blocked invoices and perform GR/IR reconciliation accurately.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, demonstrating solution-oriented approaches.
• Employ advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to support data-related tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
• Demonstrate experience working with SAP MM module focusing on material management and procurement.
• Hold German language certification at B1 or B2 level.
• Experience in aviation or manufacturing supply chain environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills suitable for professional environments.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to track data and resolve exceptions.
• Detail-oriented with a careful approach to handling data.
