SAP EWM Architect

Role overview

This role is for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management architect who can lead design and delivery across large-scale warehouse transformation programs. The position is suited to someone with deep hands-on exposure to EWM implementations, rollouts, and process optimization in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP EWM processes covering inbound and outbound flows, stock handling, physical inventory, production integration, replenishment, and scrapping.
• Support advanced warehouse operations such as inventory optimization, process improvement, material flow control, transportation management, kitting, cross-docking, and warehouse billing.
• Assess existing warehouse management processes and recommend improvements using SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to identify business and system alignment opportunities.
• Facilitate complex solution discussions and lead interactive design workshops with stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents, UAT documents, and SIT documents.

Candidate profile

The ideal professional brings at least 10 years of experience in Extended Warehouse Management and has completed a minimum of two end-to-end EWM implementations or rollouts. Experience with converting SAP legacy environments to SAP S/4HANA will be considered an added advantage.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
