They are currently looking for a proficient Business Analyst to become part of a key team working on an enterprise solution project for the public sector.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Act professionally representing the company while collaborating effectively within a multicultural work environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement business solutions aimed at improving operational workflows.
• Conduct impact analysis of ERP products and various applications, upgrades, and adjustments across business units, assessing systems and processes.
• Support the review and redesign of business processes relevant to the assigned domains.
• Ensure thorough comprehension and documentation of required business functions and procedures.
• Create detailed requirements documentation for system enhancements, upgrades, and legacy function maintenance using standardized templates; support requirements and procedures documentation.
• Collaborate with other application teams to manage interdependencies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and monitor business applications in the related domain areas.
• Engage in the Change Request process to approve, document, test, and validate all ERP and related application changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and share information only with authorized personnel following official protocols.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized institution.
• Holding SAP or Oracle certification is advantageous.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.

Professional Experience

• Between two to three years in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering and documenting system requirements and functional design for business applications, with experience resolving functional implementation challenges.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level system deployments, integrations, interfacing, and data conversions.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience within the defense sector would be considered beneficial.
