Salon Manager & Content Lead

Role Overview

We are hiring a Salon Manager & Content Lead for a beauty business in Adenta, Greater Accra Region. This role suits someone who is organised, creative, and confident working with people. You will help keep salon operations running efficiently while also producing social content that supports the brand’s online presence.

Core Duties

• Handle client bookings and appointments from the first enquiry through to checkout, making the process smooth for customers.
• Support the daily running of the salon and help uphold strong service quality standards.
• Plan and produce social media content such as reels, photos, transformation shots, and promotional posts.
• Manage replies to direct messages, comments, and other online enquiries in a prompt and professional way.
• Build and maintain a regular content schedule to keep the audience active and engaged.
• Work with the team to capture behind-the-scenes salon moments and showcase the services offered.

Skills and Experience

• Strong coordination and multitasking ability in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Clear communication skills, both in writing and face-to-face.
• Good visual sense, with the ability to tell stories through content.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar editing tools is highly desirable.
• Experience or interest in marketing or sales would be an advantage.
• Candidates must already be in Adenta or able to travel there regularly.

Compensation

Pay starts at GHS 2,000 per month, with the possibility of higher earnings depending on performance and experience.
