Job Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud, Email To Case, and related Salesforce development technologies. The role involves partnering with Salesforce Administrators and IT teams to implement scalable business solutions, while adhering to best practices within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators to assess business needs, security considerations, scalability, and platform limits.
• Design and develop Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components aligned with specific business requirements.
• Create custom user interfaces using Visualforce, Lightning Pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement integrations by leveraging Salesforce APIs to connect Salesforce with other organizational systems.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices by maintaining proper documentation and writing comprehensive test classes for custom code.
• Manage release cycles by planning, implementing, and deploying new and updated applications/code.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external developers for seamless cross-system integration.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or any graduate qualification required.
• Strong development experience in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud features, specifically Email to Case functionality.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration.
