Program overview
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program is a fast-track initiative built to shape future sales leaders. It offers post-graduate candidates from colleges across India a pathway into sales functions across multiple business lines of Aditya Birla Capital, with entry into sales and distribution channels through the Sales Trainee role.

Role summary
The selected candidate will work as a Sales Trainee and contribute to sales execution, customer support, market-facing activities, and team development within the assigned area.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and close sales of financial products while meeting the assigned targets and goal sheet requirements.
- Use practical marketing approaches to support product sales.
- Provide support before and after the sale to customers and clients.
- Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders and align actions to their needs.
- Assist in manpower planning, guide the team, and support continuous improvement in their output.
Candidate profile
Applicants should hold an MBA or PGDM with a specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI. The expected experience range is 0 to 3 years.
Compensation
The total compensation is INR 900,000 per year. In the first year, the fixed pay is INR 700,000 annually. An assured bonus of INR 100,000 is paid after completion of one year, subject to performance. A joining bonus of INR 100,000 is included in the first month’s salary and must be repaid if the candidate leaves the organization within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance-related issues. From the second year onward, compensation shifts to the sales incentives plan of the respective line of business.
