About the Role

In this role focused on medium voltage and direct current technology, you will handle quotation preparation and ensure seamless order processing, acting as a vital link between customers and internal teams to guarantee quality and smooth workflows. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working primarily in a hybrid arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate inquiries related to medium voltage and direct current equipment, independently preparing technical and commercial quotations.
• Oversee the entire order process from tender creation to final delivery, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, engineering, and logistics to optimize information flow and meet customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines while actively supporting process improvements in quotation and order management.
• Maintain and document customer and order data within ERP systems and generate regular reports to enhance internal communication and optimize orders.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy technology, or equivalent technical education.
• Initial experience in order processing, quotation preparation, or project management for technical products, ideally within energy or medium voltage technology sectors.
• Basic proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• A motivated, organized work approach combined with teamwork skills, high customer orientation, and readiness for occasional travel.
• Fluent German and good English skills for communication in an international environment.
