The Sales Strategy and Operations team plays an essential role in supporting Sales Leadership and Operational functions to meet strategic goals and enhance field team productivity. This team manages business operational routines, develops frameworks for organizational scale and growth, and drives key initiatives.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy and Operations Lead based in Saudi Arabia to join our Middle East team. This role blends technical data analytics with operational execution, requiring hands-on data modeling and interpretation to assist Sales Leaders and their teams. The incumbent will ensure business vitality and guide decision-making processes via data-driven insights obtained from complex datasets originating from varied sources.
This position demands a combination of technical expertise and business understanding to deliver impactful reports and targeted business analyses that influence organizational decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- Over 10 years of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience designing and applying systems/tools for CRM, incentive compensation, revenue tracking, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
- Proven track record in defining and executing sales processes, policies, and procedures.
- Strong aptitude in data analysis and manipulation utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced user of Salesforce or other CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Skilled in delivering presentations to senior leadership audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in sales operations or similar capacity.
