Job Purpose and Responsibilities
As a key member of the sales team, the role's main objective is to maximize product visibility and shelf presence in assigned trade outlets. This includes adhering strictly to planograms for product placement on shelves and other display points. The role may also involve conducting in-store sampling and promotional activities to boost sales.
- Visit designated outlets according to a daily route plan provided by the supervisor.
- Merchandize PepsiCo products at various points such as shelves, stands, and floor displays within assigned stores.
- Deploy point-of-sale materials alongside product displays as per guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with approved planograms and remove any outdated or substandard stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation method.
- Maintain cleanliness and freshness of product stock on shelves at all times.
- Observe and report competitor activities diligently.
- Notify supervisors immediately of any breaches concerning agreed terms with trade customers or outlets.
- Provide daily reports on previous day activities to the supervisor.
- Support sampling and promotional campaigns as required.
- Present a professional appearance and conduct consistent with Frito Lay’s code of conduct.

- Strict following of the planned journey schedule.

- Possession of a valid driving license.
