Sales Representative – Beauty and Technology Sector (Eastern Province)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales representative with strong communication and persuasion abilities to join our team at Rafaah Wellness and Beauty. This role focuses on marketing a technological product tailored for the salon and beauty industry. The primary responsibility is to build direct relationships with salons, understand their needs, introduce them to the product and its advantages, and support them in deciding to subscribe and use the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to salons and beauty centers across the Eastern Province and engage directly with their owners.
• Clearly and persuasively present the technological product, highlighting the value it offers to the salon.
• Identify each salon's needs and connect them with suitable features and solutions available on the platform.
• Manage potential customers from initial contact through to subscription completion.
• Handle negotiations, address customer inquiries and objections, and successfully close deals.
• Establish and maintain long-term good relationships with clients.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
• Document visits, potential clients, and sales outcomes and coordinate follow-ups with the team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, sociable, and proactive personality.
• Ability to conduct in-person client visits across the Eastern Province.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
• Strong relationship-building, client follow-up, and deal-closing skills.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred, particularly within the salon and beauty sector or with technical products.

Work Conditions and Compensation

• Part-time position involving field sales activities.
• Location: Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Compensation includes base salary, transportation allowance, plus commissions based on sales achievements.
